The Client Services Representative (CSR) is a full-time hourly, non-exempt employee who performs multiple tasks for a patient population in an office of the Long-Term Home Health Division.
LINE OF AUTHORITY:
Reports directly to the Client Services Supervisors and indirectly to the Manager of Operations and the local Agency Administrators.
